Nuno Nogueira
Nuno Nogueira founded Swell in 2016. He trained in management, worked in corporate finance, and later specialised in business intelligence, software and artificial intelligence applied to management.
He designs systems for reporting, financial operations, training management and decision support. The common thread is consistent: make the decision explicit, structure the underlying process and use technology where it improves control or removes unnecessary work.
He is the author of Power BI aplicado à gestão e finanças, published by FCA in 2018, and of Gestão com IA, transformar empresas inteligentes (2026), a book about models, decision-making and management with artificial intelligence.
